To Provide a friendly and warm customer service and to offer an excellent dining experience for all of our customers. Each server’s primary job is to make sure our customers have the best time possible and that they want to keep coming back.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Welcome and greet customers within 1-2 minutes of them sitting at the table, even if it is just to say “hello, I will be right with you”.
*Inform customers of specials, any new items, or changes on the menu.
*Be friendly, personable, and make any suggestions about food that you like or find appetizing.
*Be able to answer questions about food, beverages, wine, etc.
*Be able to take the customers order properly (knowledge of our menu), entering food, and know our POS system.
*Be able to communicate with our kitchen staff so food gets to the table correctly.
*Responsible for time management skills, food running, and table maintenance.
*Be able to complete side-work before and after shift.
*Make sure customers are satisfied at all time; in your designated section or someone else’s. Always be willing to help around you.
*Must be responsible for all of your money during your shift and must turn in bank bag with your server report, money, ect.
*Responsible for pre-busing tables, the busers are here to help you.
*During a slow time please find something to do organize, clean, or stock.
